A Rowie a day…

Wonderful things these rowies are. They are like croissonts but flattened. You warm them a bit in the toaster and then spread butter and jam on them.
This is part of what make Scotland number 1 in Europe for heart disease, well combined with smoking, drinking, and the other bad stuff they eat. However, I love them.
Feeling much better this morning. I am ready to face the day. We will probably head into town and wander about. Later we will probably go to the Light of Bengal or the Shabazz for a curry.
