We are still going through the old pictures and Deanne pulls out this on with a laugh.

This was taken in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia. I spent about a month there just bumming around. Everyone who sees this laughs and says it looks like I am posing in front of MY restaurant.
I ate at the Restaurant Islamic [...]

British Chocolate

The chocolate gifts that I brought back from Scotland seem to be going down well. Anyone who loves chocolate can immediately tell the difference. Barb sent me an IM about the fab “Flake”.
My personal fav is the Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer. I brought back lots of them to share. The fowk at Deanne’s work loved them [...]

Leaving Today

The holiday ends today. We are getting ready to catch our 840 AM flight from Aberdee to London. 2 hours in Heathrow… just enough time to switch terminals. Hopefully, no problems through the infamous terminal 5. We should get into El Paso 9PM, then we must drive home.

A Rowie a day…

This is part of what make Scotland number 1 in Europe for heart disease, well combined with smoking, drinking, and the other bad stuff they eat. However, I love [...]

I’m Ill : (

I started feeling a cold come on Saturday night. Nothing too bad but my nose was running like a tap. I thought it was due to all the smoking. I don’t smoke anymore but lots of people do over here. I think I’m cured for good. I had one puff of a cigarette and nearly [...]

The French, the French, the French have soggy feet
but ours are nice and dry. Hooray for the Iron Duke,
